Being a mum is so confusing. 

However we enter into it, with full excitement or trepidation, lots of us carry with us an ideology that it’s our natural destiny as women. For many of us being a mum doesn’t live up to our expectations, there is no doubt you love your child(ren), and you can be left feeling unfulfilled, resentful, fed up and frustrated.

Everywhere you look will tell you you're doing something wrong, or not enough or too much.

It’s relentless and unhelpful. 

Being a mum is all about learning about yourself. And that can be uncomfortable and hard. What I’ve found is that when you do the work on yourself your children receive the ripple effects,

Our 90 days together

There isn’t a linear path or a tick box exercise to make a change in the way you think and feel about your life. Because we are all unique I keep our exact session plan flexible. This leaves space for exactly what you need. 


Here are the areas we cover. What order and for how long is different for everyone. 

  • A deep dive into which piece of the puzzle is going to help you the most, so that when it's in place so many others fall into place easily. 

  • Values. We’ll get super clear on what is driving your choices and decisions for yourself and your family 

  • Investigate and reframe what motherhood means for you

  • Breathwork. This is by far the quickest and most amazing way that I've found to release any old stories and emotions that you are holding onto. So that you can create space for new useful stories and patterns. 

  • Change work. This is where we get to check in with your subconscious and make change at a profound level. So that you can really embrace this new direction and create the life that you actually want. 

  • Creating your own self care routine and a map for how to make it your new normal.

  • You want a quick fix. While some changes can be quick, others take time and patience. 

  • You need therapy. What I offer can work amazingly well alongside therapy. And coaching work has therapeutic qualities. I am not qualified to analyse your past. Everything we do is forward focused.

What are the dates?

We’ll start on a day that works for both of us and then meet every 2 weeks.

When will the calls be?

The calls will be within the school day, or at an agreed time that works for us both.

What is coaching?

It's a process that aims to validate, support and empower you to reflect and gain awareness of who you are. So that you can make internal shifts and a plan of the next best steps for you.

How much time will I need to commit?

An hour to 90mins every other week for our calls and possibly some time to practise or reflect in your week, my aim is that it fits into our very real and busy lives.

Is this a parenting course?

No. This is about you, and the power of your own mind and body.

However, in my experience once we start supporting ourselves, our parenting changes with us. 

It's an adventure because we're all making our own way with the crazy world of motherhood and we don't have to do it alone.
