Being a mum can feel hard. Pulled in a million directions, working, trying, doing, sometimes you really need to just press pause.

You are not stuck and you are not alone.

In this one off session I can support to untangle whatever is going on right now for you. I hold a judgment free, safe space to help to navigate your next best steps so that you feel calmer, clearer and like you’re reset and ready to press play again.
